Aims of the Training – Vision

I. Anthroposophy is the source which is constantly refreshing the Training.
II. Individual biographical experience is the source out of which it becomes possible to accompany other human beings.
III. Individual biographical practice is the source which constantly engenders awareness of human nature by observing and handling patterns as supersensible beings.

Goals of the Training

•  Preparing professionals able to accompany other human beings in researching their own lives, teaching them how to read and decipher the language of their own Book of Life, written with the `occult script of the stars`... as a free willing commitment.
• Promoting impulses related to deepening of anthroposophical knowledge bringing forth consciousness in biographical development. Strengthening the `I‘ through biographical Self-Evaluation exercises of responsibility and applied processes in the current life. Building a conscious relationship with the Higher Self.

Outcomes of the Training:

• Learning to Serve

Self Certification Process

From the beginning of the Training Programme colleagues are required to prepare themselves to fulfil a process which culminates in Self-Certification. Colleagues do not receive a certificate. An individual `certificate` is created based on an Individual Declaration, in collaboration with the Training Direction when by mutual agreement it is decided that they are ready to proceed to Self-Certification. In addition this part of the process is carried out in alignment with all other colleagues who are also proceeding to Self-Certification.

Duration of the Training Programme: 13 Modules of c. 20 hours, 3 years.
